Missing School

Sports Camp has been run during the school year since its inception over 30 years ago. We do this for two reasons. First, it allows us to utilize the highly motivated and trained professionals and students at the University. Second, we maintain that sports education is an essential component to be a successful, well-rounded student. As such, each Athlete that completes Sports Camp, will take home a certificate that outlines the extensive training and education that the Athlete has received--equivalent to one year of physical education at the elementary and secondary (high school) level.

Which Sports?

Typical sports we teach include basic movement patterns (jump, throw, etc.), track & field (high jump, long jump, discus, shot put), swimming, hockey, 5-a-side soccer, goalball, judo, tandem cycling, cross country, and general wellness (yoga, healthy diet, aerobics, weight training, etc.).
